- 3 different game modes!

     > Classic Mode - old-school, infinite-scrolling arcade shmup

     > Modern Mode - linear-path shmup w/ distinct enemies and simple bomb pickup

     > Story Mode - linear-path shmup w/ multiple stages, item pickups, and a boss

-  Custom sprites and backgrounds, with Super Game Boy palette compatibility!

-  All enemies and items now prefabs for easy, uniform changes!

-  Multiple stages in Story Mode, with short dialog sequences and a secret area!

- Minimal variable use, with adjustable scripts, and a <256KB ROM size!

-  Data save/load, simple pause function, high-score keeping, and more!

With no external plugins or assets in-use, this template project can be converted into whatever kind of theme using the assets you make/choose, or you can just expand on what's already here!  Licensed for use in commercial or personal projects, just simply credit "GB space shooter template by astoryinpieces" in your game for attribution and you're good to go!
